At this time, I do not accept insurance for any therapy services.

I can provide a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company. I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not bill insurance companies for my services. I provide monthly superbills that you can use to submit to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement.

You are responsible for contacting your insurance company to determine if you have out-of-network benefits and what they are, and for submitting claims.

Please keep in mind that there is no guarantee that your insurance will reimburse me for my services, and therefore, reimbursement should not be considered a financial necessity to participate in services with me.

Additionally, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental healthcare will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers must provide patients who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected healthcare costs. You will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate before your intake appointment.
